4-6 year olds

Follow the ORANGE route lines

Swim 20 yards, Bike 1 mile (1 Loop), Run 100 yards

They will swim a point-to-point route, bike 1 lap of the parking lot and run a 100 yard run down the finish chute.
1 helper allowed.

 

7-8 and 9-10 year olds

Follow the RED route lines

Swim 100 yards, Bike 2 miles (1 Loop), Run 0.5 mile

They will swim a point-to-point route, bike 1 lap and run an out and back half mile.

 

11-12 and 13-14 year olds

Follow the BLUE route lines

Swim 200 yards, Bike 4 miles (2 Loops), Run 1 mile

They will swim an out and back route along the shore, bike 2 laps and run an out and back mile route.
