Friday, September 11

Location: Lake Welch, Harriman State Park
12:00 pm – 4:00 pm: Packet Pickup for All Races

Saturday, September 12

Location: Lake Welch, Harriman State Park
5:00 am – 6:45 am: Olympic Transition Open and Body Marking
5:00 am – 6:30 am: VIP Race Day Packet Pickup Only
7:00 am: Olympic Triathlon and Olympic AquaBike Start
7:00 am – 10:30 am: Park closed to traffic
Please note: Lake Welch Parkway will be closed to traffic; enter via Route 106.
10:00 am: Transition Open for Bike Removal ONLY (No earlier)
11:00 am – 11:40 am: Olympic Finish and Awards Ceremony
8:00 am – 6:00 pm: Race Vendor Expo

Sunday, September 13

Location: Lake Welch, Harriman State Park
5:00 am – 6:30 am: VIP Race Day Packet Pickup Only
5:00 am – 6:45 am: Transition Open and Body Marking
5:00 am – 3:00 pm: VIP Tent Open
6:30 am – 6:50 am: Swim Warm-Up Allowed
6:45 am: Opening Ceremonies on the Beach. Please note: Main entrance closed to traffic; enter via Route 106.
6:45 am – 1:00 pm: Transition Closes — All athletes head to the beach (Transition will reopen after last runner leaves)
7:00 am: TOUGHMAN Race Begins
7:30 am: Duathlon Bike Start (Time Trial Format — 3 riders every 5 seconds)
8:00 am – 3:00 pm: Race Vendor Expo Open
10:45 am: Male Winner Expected
11:20 am: Female Winner Expected
12:30 pm – 3:30 pm: Post-Race Food
1:00 pm: Awards Ceremony Begins
3:15 pm: Race Ends
4:00 pm: Festivities Conclude

Kids Schedule

FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 11

Lake Welch, Harriman State Park

12 pm – 4 pm: Packet Pick-Up

Parents must sign a waiver for each of their children racing, therefore, you cannot pick up anyone’s else packet.

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 12

Lake Welch, Harriman State Park

10:00 am – 11:30 am: TOUGHKids Packet Pick-Up Only

7:00 am – 10:30 am: Main entrance closed to traffic. Please note the main entrance will be closed for the Olympic Triathlon so enter on Route 106.

11:00 pm – 11:45 am: Transition open

11:45 am: All racers’ head to the beach

11:45 pm: Transition closed until approx. 2 p.m.

12:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Park closed to traffic for TOUGHKIDS race

12:00 pm: TOUGHKids Ages 4-6 race begins

12:05 pm: Ages 7-8 racers head to the beach

12:20 pm: TOUGHKids Ages 7-8 race begins

12:25 pm: Ages 9-10 racers head to the beach

12:40 pm: TOUGHKids Ages 9-10 race begins

12:45 pm: Ages 11-12 racers head to the beach

1:00 pm: TOUGHKids Ages 11-12 race begins

1:05 pm: Ages 13-14/TOUGHTEEN racers head to the beach

1:20 pm: TOUGHKids Ages 13-14 race begins

1:30 pm: TOUGHTEEN race begins

2:30 pm: Park roads re-open when last racer heads out on run course

2:30 pm: Transition re-opens when last racer finishes

2:30 pm: Awards Ceremony

3:00 pm: All bikes/gear must be removed from transition by this time

10:00 am – 6:00 pm: Expo Open. We have lots of great gear for kids, so don’t forget to bring cash/credit cards.
