Our expert team will set everything up for you, having your bike tuned up and ready to go at the starting line so all you have to do is show up and ride.
1. SHIP IT TO US: Disassemble your bike and ship it to our professional team of mechanics. With their years of knowledge and experience in the industry, they’ll keep a close eye on your bike and treat it like one of our own.
2. WE’LL SET IT UP: Our team will rebuild and tune your bike to your specifications, making sure everything is in working order and ready to go.
3. DELIVER IT: We’ll bring your bike directly to your selected start area (choose between TOUGHMAN Triathlon or TOUGHKids Triathlon) you can make any pre-ride adjustments with our team on-site.
4. WE SEND IT BACK: Leave the bike with us after the ride, our team is located at the Finish line, we’ll disassemble it, pack it, and ship it back to you (Return Shipping label required).
